BOZHANA PAVLOVA, BULGARIA - Classical Guitar
Bozhana Pavlova was born in Pleven, Bulgaria. She studied at the National Music School in Sofia with Professor Stolina Dobreva. Followed by a master’s degree at Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna where she finished with full honours in 2015. She has attended the masterclasses of David Russell, Carlo Marchione, Marcin Dylla, Aniello Desiderio, Goran Krivokapic, Dale Kavanagh, Olaf Van Gonnissen, Ivo Kaltschev, George Vassilev, Hopkinson Smith and Gerhard Reichenbach. Bozhana has performed in China at the renowned Hefei Grand Theatre, Chongqing Grand Theatre and the Qingdao Theatre in China. As a soloist she has accompanied the Tuma Orchestra with the conductor Friedel Zacherl at the Konzerthaus in Vienna. Currently Bozhana Pavlova is a professor of guitar at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna and the Johann-Joseph-Fux-Conservatory in Graz.
